CHINA ALL ACCESS (HOLDINGS) LIMITED ("China All Access" or the "Company", HKEx Stock Code: 633) announce that it was engaged by China Mobile as the designated supplier of all satellite communication facilities for The 3rd China Mobile Emergency Communication Drill for the Guangzhou District held in Nanning, Guangxi Province on 13 November 2009. Airdrop portable satellite equipment and dynamic satellite communication vehicles were the focus of the event, receiving high attention for reliable emergency communication that facilitates the smooth running of the event. 

Hosted by the China Mobile Guangxi Branch and participated by the Guangdong, Hubei, Hunan, Hainan and Guangxi Branches, the drilling exercise that simulated the post-quake environment was part of the training for developing China Mobile's communication recovery ability. The China Mobile Guangxi Branch employs China All Access' dynamic satellite communication vehicles in a simulated post-disaster scene after road transportation has been re-established, where vehicles from all participating provinces had to lead the way in opening access. This demonstrated China Mobile's seamless teamwork in responding to disasters and also proves the ability of China All Access's advanced equipment in facilitating cross border operations and communication capabilities.

A major highlight of the exercise is air drop portable satellite equipment in a simulated post-quake environment of a mountainous village where transportation and communication cable network have been cut off. China All Access provided portable satellite communications equipment for the parachutist to air drop it to the disaster zone in the shortest possible time and regain communication with the outside world. These exercises demonstrated the effectiveness of this advanced, small-sized and portable equipment in emergency communication.
